I have the right, as the artist, to decline any commission for any reason.

When commissioning me, please give either any references you have or give a detailed description of what you want.

I will not take responsibility for inaccuracy in drawings, if the details was not present in the reference or description in the first place.

I can parody styles any major style (Fairly Odd Parents, Family Guy, ect), but I won't parody smaller artists without their written permission.

Please don't pester me about your commission.

If anybody is seen using my art without permission of me or the commissioner, I will do what is needed to get the art taken down. If you find somebody fitting this bill, contact me.

W.I.P's will be provided for the sketch phase, and coloring phase. I won't continue from a sketch, until you confirm everything looks alright.

For live updates, be sure to check my Trello every now and then, as I use it religiously.

I will send you an invoice once details and prices have been discussed.

My prices are in now in U.S.D. ($). If you are paying from another country, Paypal has the conversion tools for you.

I will not accept other payment through the likes of Steam Games, Keys or other related methods.

When payment is given, you will have a confirmed slot and work will begin on your commissions as soon as you move to the top of the queue.

I work fast with my commissions, so refunds will only be handed out in the sketch phase or while waiting in the queue. You may also ask for refunds if I go into Hiatus at any time (more details regarding hiatuses below).

If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, I will give a full refund.

If you attempt to attain a refund after the commission is completed, you will be blacklisted. Along side that, you'll be breaching Paypal's TOS and a beware will be submitted in regards to you and your alias. This is a scumbag thing to do to any artist, don't be that guy.

I work by a "first come, first serve" fashion. This ensures I get things done quicker and ensure nobody gets treated differently.

When a paid commission is next in the queue, I will have my own set deadline to 3 weeks.

If you don't hear from me within the 3 weeks about me starting your commission, and you're not behind anybody in my queue, please gain contact with me.

Date deadlines (Like b-days) are not currently accepted due to me working.

You can ask for any small edit to your commission, so long as I still have the original edit file.

Bigger edits may have additional fees added, depending on how big the edit is.

Any mistake on my end will be fixed for free.

You can't have edits done by another artist without my written permission. Besides, asking me will give me a chance to give you or the artist the files.

If you would like the file for yourself, let me know. Just tell me what program you have access to, so I can save it accordingly.

If I take a hiatus, then all commissions will be put on hold. During a hiatus, I will not take anymore commissions or complete commissions. Once a hiatus period is over, I will continue the process of my work.

Hiatuses are normally started when I'm unwell or I'm in need of time away from drawing. Please respect this small term, as I will be able to produce better art at the end of it. You can find my status on my Trello!
